Our workshop is equipped with a diverse range of tools and machinery, approved by Mogas, Caldera, and Rexa, and certified with the ARC (Authorized Repair Center) certification. With the awards we have earned, we carry out maintenance and repair operations for these companies with great care. Even the smallest tolerance, such as 0.001”, is crucial for maintaining the Mogas, Caldera valves, and Rexa actuators. We provide detailed reports with images of the valves/actuators after the maintenance, ensuring our clients are fully informed. According to our quality standards, every piece of equipment is documented and checked thoroughly before entering our workshop. After maintenance and repair, the equipment is carefully packaged and shipped to our clients.
In compliance with ISO 7 Class 10000 standards, cleaning of oxygen-sensitive and fire-risk pipes and equipment is performed in our Cleanroom. We ensure that even the smallest contamination, which could cause major risks, is avoided by using special chemicals to clean the equipment step by step. After cleaning, assembly and testing are done inside the cleanroom, and the equipment is packaged to protect it from external factors. Initially, the equipment undergoes a cleaning of coarse dirt in an external area. It is then transferred to the Cleanroom, where ultrasonic washing removes all oils, rust, and other contaminants. The surface is rinsed in a vortex rinse tank, followed by drying in a drying tank. After cleaning, contamination areas on the surface are checked with Blacklight. Once confirmed, the equipment undergoes assembly and all necessary tests before being packaged to protect it from external environmental conditions.
In cases where sandblasting is needed for maintenance, repair, or project manufacturing, we use 250-300 micron glass sand to clean the surface of materials. All equipment is measured and checked for accuracy using both metric (SI) and imperial (US) tools. We make sure to check every detail carefully to ensure the product meets specifications.
Our company and team place the utmost importance on the quality of all products manufactured or repaired at our workshop or in the field. Our experts, with all necessary certifications, ensure the quality of titanium, super duplex, and other exotic materials’ welding and post-welding inspections. We conduct Hydro-testing, Nitrogen Gas testing, and/or Air tests to ensure perfect sealing of valves and other equipment. All equipment used throughout the process undergoes calibration checks by TURKAK accredited institutions.
At our company, welding repairs and fabrication of exotic materials like titanium and super duplex are performed by certified welders. The procedures, welder certifications, non-destructive testing, and results are prepared according to ASME/EN standards, ensuring high-quality service. Every material that arrives for manufacturing is checked with PMI devices to verify that it meets the necessary chemical specifications. During the welding process, the material’s structure, strength, and dimensions are continuously monitored using thermal cameras to ensure proper heat input and quality.
We manufacture all products based on customer needs using advanced technology, skilled personnel, and intelligent project management processes. We serve customers in complex designs and the machining of difficult-to-process, high-alloy, exotic materials with our machining capabilities. To meet high-quality requirements, we use the best CNC machines and equipment, incorporating advanced manufacturing techniques.
In our workshop, the maintenance of Mogas, Caldera valves, and Rexa actuators is carried out with great attention and ARC certification. In addition to the products we represent, we also service valves and actuators of other brands and models. Each piece of equipment is carefully documented with images and detailed reports during the inspection process. After maintenance, the equipment is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
